For 2 consecutive years, we produced the Asia Partner Summit which saw a confluence of more than 500 C and M-level partners and 30 global sponsors for Microsoft’s enterprise solutions.
Both summits were set in Bali, Indonesia where we facilitated four days of keynote presentations, demos and workshops each year.
Destination Management
Our destination management scope included venue liaison and all hospitality arrangements for delegates, including alternative accommodations and transport to and from the Summit venue.
To help create connections and valuable partnerships, we produced networking cocktail sessions, offsite dinners and Gala events, incorporating customized performances, stage games and tech-oriented trivia quizzes.
Sponsor Management
Working closely with 30 global sponsors, we helped match them to platforms best suited to their needs, in addition to designing and producing their branding materials and event premiums.
We also connected them to end-user delegates, showcasing sponsor solutions through online and onsite marketing channels – microsite branding, event collateral, social media presence, booth build-up and premium speaking slots.
