EVENT: CIMAM CONFERENCE 2017

National Gallery Singapore (NGS) had won the bid to host the 49th Annual Conference for CIMAM (International Committee of Museums and Collections of Modern Art), held for the first time in South East Asia over 7 days. Our task was to assist NGS in delivering a premium conference experience for 280 international museum directors, curators and patrons of the arts.

Our scope of work as turnkey conference management agency included all aspects of RSVP & Accommodation, Speaker and Destination Management in addition to Conference Design, Multimedia and Production.

Conference & Discussions
At NGS, 12 international speakers shared their perspectives and engaged with delegates for networking sessions at the Supreme Court Terrace.

SG Art & Social Events
We worked with multiple stakeholders such as National Heritage Board and Marina Bay Sands to present cocktail and dinner programmes as well as visits to 19 art and museological venues in Singapore.

Pre-and Post-Conference Tours
The pre-and post conference tour to Vietnam, Jakarta and Yogyakarta had delegates visiting the cities’ museums and heritage sites, and meeting with local artists and private collectors.
