Knowledge-Sharing & Networking Events
In 2016, our scope extended to helping Aon connect deeper to their clients through offsite events. We also co-ordinated round-robin sessions to facilitate sharing of new product knowledge between the Aon team and their insurance carriers.

Adventure Simulation Workshop
We managed a workshop that merged mountaineering adventure content with business leadership knowledge, accompanied by an idea visualization artist to manifest concepts discussed.

Team-building Programme
To manifest the event theme – Experience Growth – we created team-building programs that tested the financial and collaborative acumen of participants while immersing them in Vietnamese culture and interactive activities.

Our digital conference solution enabled us to reduce paper wastage and make timely updates instantaneously. Delegates were given personal touch devices which connected them to each other and allowed them share presentations and files securely, make real time notes and provide feedback on a secure network.
